At Seri Ratu Confinement, we strive to provide the best care and service to mothers during their postpartum recovery. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking our services.
- Booking Confirmation & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers administrative costs and therapist scheduling.
- The remaining balance must be settled within 2 days after the commencement of the service.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- After service start date – No refund will be provided, as our therapists are already scheduled and allocated.
- However, we will rearrange new therapist CL for certain2 cases (t&c).
- Early Termination of Services
- If you decide to discontinue the service after it has started, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the number of days of service completed, with a deduction for administrative fees.
- Postponement of Services
- You may request to reschedule your confinement service subject to therapist availability.
- Any rescheduling request must be made at least 14 days before the original start date.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation and refund policy will apply.
- Exceptional Circumstances
- In the event of a medical emergency (e.g., preterm delivery complications, stillbirth, or doctor-advised cancellation), we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- A medical certificate or hospital letter is required to support such claims.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
- Transaction fees incurred during payment may be deducted from the refund amount.
