The following Terms & Conditions apply to customers who add on the Confinement Food Service provided by Seri Ratu Confinement. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms stated below.
1. Food Preparation & Supply
When customers add on the confinement food service, customers are not required to prepare any raw ingredients or cooking supplies at home throughout the confinement period.
All confinement meals will be prepared and delivered daily by the Seri Ratu Confinement chef team for the entire confinement duration.
2. Serving of Meals

The Confinement Lady (CL) will collect and serve the meals to the customer daily.

Meal serving will not take place on Sundays and Public Holidays, as these are rest days.
3. Menu Variation

Confinement food menus vary daily to ensure balanced nutrition and variety throughout the confinement period.

Menu changes are subject to availability of ingredients.
4. Meal Portion & Coverage

Each daily meal portion is prepared for two (2) meals for the mother, consisting of:

1 container of chicken dish

1 container of fish dish

1 container of vegetables

FREE: Rice and fruits are provided.
For customers outside Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Negeri Sembilan, meal arrangements and delivery availability may be subject to additional terms.
5. Delivery Delays Due to Unforeseen Events
In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances such as thunderstorms, flash floods, or road closures, customers are kindly requested to understand that food delivery may be delayed.
6. Order Submission

All confinement food orders must be submitted at least three (3) working days before the scheduled delivery date.

Late submissions may result in delayed service or order rejection.
7. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided once the order has been confirmed and processed, under any circumstances.
